We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from The Earring Shop. We regret however, that due to hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return earrings for pierced ears. If in the unlikely event your earrings arrive damaged or faulty, or if you have purchased clip-on earrings and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Products & Pricing
Many of our products are handmade and made from natural materials. The colour of some products may therefore vary slightly from the product descriptions and photographs shown on this website due to the unique nature of each product. The Earring Shop reserves the right to alter the prices of the jewellery or withdraw the items from sale, without prior notice. If the price of an item is shown incorrectly due to a technical or other error, The Earring Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that item. Prices throughout the website are shown in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars. Payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices include VAT and free delivery and packaging within the UK. Please see our Delivery page for details of delivery charges for next day UK delivery and delivery for orders outside of the UK. Your payment card will not be debited for your order until the day that we despatch your goods.
Ordering
Please see our How to Order guide for instructions on placing an order. By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by The Earring Shop, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be despatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised. After you have placed your order:
- We will send you, as soon as possible, an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which goods you have ordered. This email is not an order acceptance from us.
- When your goods have been despatched, we will send you a confirmation email. This email constitutes a formal acceptance of your order by us. This also means that a contract between us is agreed and we are obliged to fulfil our obligations under this contract.
We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:
- we do not have the goods in stock
- your payment is not authorised
- there is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods
- you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below.
The Earring Shop reserves the right to refuse any order.
