Our Policy

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase from the Earring Shop.  For hygiene reasons, we regret that we are able to accept returns for pierced earrings only in the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or faulty. If this is the case, please return your earrings to us within 14 days of receipt following the returns procedure outlined below for a full refund or exchange, including the costs of postage for returning the item (UK only). Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.


How To Return Your Earrings

In order to return items, please email us with details of the item, your order number and the reasons for the return within 14 days of receiving your earrings at returns@theearringshop.co.uk. We will send you a Returns Authorisation Code which must be written on the original invoice and included in your returns package.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging to:

We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Postage available free of charge from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Items can only be accepted for return if they are returned:

    • in the condition they were received
    • with all the original paperwork
    • in the original packaging
    • accompanied by a returns authorisation code obtained from The Earring Shop

Once received by The Earring Shop, please allow 14 days for funds to clear to your card account. We regret that we are unable to refund costs of postage for items returned from outside the UK.
