how to order

Ordering is easy at The Earring Shop!

Browse our earrings by style, colour, theme, price or gemstone, or via the Advanced Search using a combination of any of these to find your perfect pair of earrings.

Simply select the number of pairs of each item you would like to order and click on 'Add to Basket'. You can view items in your basket at any time by clicking 'View Basket' at the top righthand corner of the screen.

For our overseas customers, prices can be displayed in US$ or Euros. Simply select the relevant currency under Currency Settings in the righthand column on the home page. All orders will however be charged in £ sterling.

Once you have selected all the items you wish to order, click 'Checkout'. If you have not already registered as a customer, you will need to complete our Customer Registration Form by following the instructions. Returning customers need simply to enter their email address and Earring Shop password under 'Sign In' on the right of the screen.

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry - click on 'Password Recovery' and we will email you with your password immediately.

Once you are signed in, follow the step by step payment instructions to pay via credit or debit card. Delivery charges, if applicable (£2.95 for delivery outside the UK) will automatically be added to your basket. Standard Delivery for orders within the UK is free of charge. Next day delivery (by 1pm) within the UK is available at an extra charge of £4.95 per order. Simply select your delivery preference on the Checkout pages.

An email confirming details of your order will be sent to you. Your payment card will not be debited until your order has been despatched, at which point an email will also be sent to you. Please note orders on your card statement will appear as 'Stone & Mason Ltd'.
