Payment is taken immediately for all in stock orders ready for immediate despatch. If you place an order which includes items that are not in stock, payment for these items will not be taken until your goods are despatched. We do not charge for additional delivery charges if we despatch in multiple batches.

Stock permitting, all orders paid for by credit card are packed and despatched within 24 hours. Please allow 3 working days for delivery. Orders paid for by cheque require 4 days for clearance and are then despatched the same day. If for any reason, an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will write and tell you, together with an indication of when it may arrive.

We do not charge delivery for orders over £100. We ask for a contribution of £4.95 to our freight charges for orders below £100. Heavy items will incur a freight surcharge of £10. (These shipping charges apply for mainland UK only, please call for details or email us via the web form on the contact us page )

We guarantee, if any product is defective, that we will replace or repair the product or refund the purchase price in the first 12 months, or longer periods for specific products, up to 25 years. Full details are found in our trading terms, which are available on request. In addition to these guarantees, we give you a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 30 days for full credit. Firstly, please call our Customer Services on 0845 634 1818 for a product returns authorisation code. Products must be in a saleable condition in the original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory 7day right to cancel the order if you are buying as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations.
